30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the comb is unused. Please keep the item, included accessories, and original packaging together.

Use our contact form with your order number to request instructions before mailing anything. The New York business mailing address shown on this site is not a return address.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and checked, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. We will tell you how to send the item back and whether return shipping costs apply before you send it.
